Buttons4Crafts: ORDER FORM

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

It's pretty easy steps. Please refer to below procedure:

1. Just e-mail us at buttons4crafts and list down the items and amounts that you want to purchase and wait for our reply.

2. We will e-mail you ASAP with a confirmation list and total amount to be paid. Payment can be made by cash transfer to our Maybank account, CIMB account or PayPal account.

3. All parcel will be posted using Pos Laju. The rates are as below:

a) Pos Laju within Peninsular Malaysia (regardless weight) @ RM6.50

b) Pos Laju to Sabah & Sarawak (regardless weight) @ RM9.00
c)*Post Express (buttons less than 5 packs or weight less than 250 gram) @ RM3.50

(Based on request only - Not recommended)
*Buttons4Crafts will not be held responsible for any loss occurred during delivery or if the items being held by Pos Malaysia for whatsoever reason.

4. Orders issued are valid for 3 working days. If there is no respond from you or payment have yet to be made, we will assume that you are no longer interested in purchasing our products and your reservation/orders will be cancelled.

5. Your orders will be sent 1- 2 days after confirmation of payment as below:

a) Payments made via online banking are required to cc to buttons4crafts@gmail.com for tracking purpose.
b) Payments made via cash deposit machine are required to include scans/clear pics of receipts and to be emailed to buttons4crafts@gmail.com
*Payment claim without proof will not be entertained.

7. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during delivery.
